Pre Vizsla Sword(s)

I received a request for a pair of swords for a mando costume. The initial design selected was a bit over the level that could be done without a CNC machine unfortunately so we looked for alternatives. I was pouring through some stuff and thought maybe a sword like Pre Vizsla's from TCW show would do the trick. So a few months have passed by, but finally have one done (unpainted) and the other is almost there. So here are some quick pics I took the other night of it and the examples.

The sword is completely blunt. The "sharp" edge of it is about as close to be a false edge while still being fairly blunt. All that said I would think you could troop with it myself because there isn't a sharp edge anywhere on it.

I don't mind at all if you post it! Hoping to make some more of these if I can garner any intrest and always like to share the work so folks can see it.

Tim - Not on these two, but I have a lot of ideas to do that on future ones if people want one. Either do it with UV/glowing paint and the etching or add a track with EL wire with some vents to let the light out. Though to add any electronics would make the blade and handle much thicker than it is now. I'll probably try the paint first and go from there.
