the thing that might be worrisome is if he wins will he fills a class action suit on the 501st and all it's members with storm trooper armor. there is money on the air.

I wonder if Ainsworth wins and Lucas loses the rights to the TK; how will it impact Star Wars?

Ah yes, there was much ado about this a couple years back. Lucas won the suit against Shepperton here in the U.S. in '06 and now it looks like the company is suing him again in GB.

Even if Ainsworth happens to win that suit (which is not very likely), that decision should not affect us (armor wearers & makers alike) in the U.S. because these are two seperate cases.
