I don't know if you have seen this, but check out this link:

It also names the ARC Trooper from the Clone Wars trailer: clone trooper captain Rex.

Does this mean that the blue on an ARC is a Capt instead of a LT like with the clone trooper ????

I think it is just the color the graphics were done in. But I could easily be wrong...
